Laroy Duvo, WondelgemLaroy Duvo has been active for over 40 years on the market of food and materials for pets. The company is divided in four main divisions. First of all, Laroy Duvo distributes exlusively Eukanuba and Iams in Belgium and Luxemburg. Secondly, Laroy Duvo offers a large assortment of grains and seeds for different kinds of animals. Next to that, they also offer their clients a wide range of materials for dogs, cats, birds, small animals and aquariums. End 2002, Laroy Duvo started as the logistic partner of Purina in Belgium. Finally, the company also distributes Cédé-products in Belgium and Luxemburg. As from january 2010, Laroy Duvo has merged with Luc Deckx NV from Ham into one strong, international pet shop supplier. In the meantime, the company counts with over 80 employees and has a warehouse capacity of 30.000 m².

"As a wholesaler, we have been working with the modular distribution software Indis since 1998. Laroy Duvo is a dynamic company which has known strong growth in the past years. b-inside supports this growth by adjusting and expanding the Indis modules and our other IT applications continuously. So they have developped a software application for our representatives and an e-commerce interface with Indis. They are now also developping a tailor-made scanning system and are renewing a part of our hardware park.
The advantages for Laroy Duvo? First of all an increased efficiency and gain of time thanks to the pda-application for our representatives. They only have to scan barcodes or to enter article codes on their pocket pc, and that information is sent online to Indis right away for further order processing. Also, our customer service has been expanded with an e-commerce application, for which b-inside has elaborated the interface with Indis.
In short: we have been able to depend upon b-inside for years to support the growth of Laroy Duvo by means of specialised IT applications."
