"We have been working together for over 15 years with b-inside. Their Engineering team has developped an application for data captation in our production follow-up. This application gathers, structures and interprets the production data of our machines in order to validate the consumption figures for paper, gas and electricity. This information is then forwarded to our software for cost price calculation.
The main advantage for us is that the data captation is a cost efficient solution tailor-made to suit Grandeco. b-inside is moreover a reliable and flexible partner who makes extensions or adjustments where necessary. In a next phase, the data captation can also be used for monitoring: the consumption is measured during the production which allows us to calculate the necessary raw materials more precisely and to adjust real time.
Next to that, the Engineering team of b-inside has taken care of integrating an applicator as a part of our packing automation: finished products are packed and labeled for shipment or stocking.
